Track 2: Pregnancy and Child Birth

During pregnancy and child birth each stage must be a positive experience to help a woman and her baby maximize their potential for health and well-being. Despite significant progress over the last two decades, approximately 295,000 women have died during pregnancy and after childbirth in 2017. This number is unacceptably high. The most common direct causes of maternal injury and death are excessive blood loss, infection, high blood pressure, unsafe abortion and delivery disorders, and indirect causes such as anemia, malaria and heart disease. Most maternal mortality ratios can be prevented by time management by qualified medical professionals working in a supportive environment.

Track 3: Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is cancer that begins in the cells of the breast. Following skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the United States. Breast cancer can occur in both men and women, but it is much more common in women in nipples, newly opened nipples, or red spots on the skin. Breast cancer usually begins with cells in the duct (invasive ductal cancer). Breast cancer can also come from glandular tissue called lobular (invasive lobular cancer) or other cells or tissues in the breast.

Breast cancer consists of four stages followed by sub stages. Stage defines how far the cancer has spread throughout the body. The initial stage is known as stage 0. Immediately after that, the range is from stage (I) to stage (IV).

Track 4: Gynecology and Obstetrics

At every stage of your life cycle, including health, illness, and times of change, we need to pay attention to your health care. Gynecology deals with all diseases of the reproductive organs such as the fallopian tubes, cervix, uterus, ovaries and vagina. Obstetricians and Gynecologists are also closely associated with the female reproductive system and can also treat related problems with the urinary system. Obstetricians point out complications of childbirth and ensure that the mother and child are safely guided through all stages of pregnancy and childbirth. Both Obstetricians and Gynecologists play an important role in Women's health. Track 5: PCOD and PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)

PCOD or PCOS is a condition that affects the female ovaries, the reproductive organs that produce progesterone and estrogen hormones that help regulate the menstrual cycle, and produces small amounts of the hormones called androgens, inhibin, relaxin, and male hormones. Almost 10% of women in the world suffer from PCOD. Compared to PCOD, women with PCOS produce above average androgens. This hormonal imbalance misses menstruation and makes pregnancy difficult. In addition to unpredictable hormonal behavior, this condition can cause Infertility, acne, excessive hair growth, diabetes.

Track 6: Impact of Covid-19 on Women Health

In the era of COVID 19, the elderly and people with the underlying disorder are considered to be at highest risk of developing serious illness and dying. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a greater impact on women than men in a variety of situations, including workplaces and homes, where the quarantine measures are increasing the burden. Women's mental health can be adversely affected by lack of proper family and emotional care. The specific risk of serious health problems and death in pregnant women is very low, but higher than in non-pregnant women of the same age group. Pregnant women are at increased risk of being admitted to an associate degree medical unit, require advanced care, including mechanical breathing assistance. The virus can be transmitted from mother to baby, but it is extremely rare. COVID19's health recommendations for new mothers include frequent wearing of face masks and hand washing after breastfeeding.

Track 7: Midwifery

Midwifery is a medical professional who specializes in pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal periods (including neonatal care) in addition to reproductive and sexual health throughout a woman's life. A Professional in midwifery is called midwife. Midwives are a community of midwifes who take care of women with children with the help of counsellors and referrals. The real job of a midwife is to take care of a pregnant woman and her baby during pregnancy, delivery, childbirth, and so on.

Track 8: Menopause and Menstrual Cycle

Menopause is the time when a woman's menstruation stops forever and she cannot give birth. Menopause usually occurs between the ages of 48 and 52. Medical professionals often define it when a woman doesn’t have menstrual bleeding for a year then menopause occurs. It can also be defined by the decrease in hormone production by the ovaries. Women who have had surgery to remove the uterus but have residual ovaries can be considered menopause at the time of surgery or when hormone levels drop. After excision of the uterus, symptoms usually appear early, on average, at age 45.

 The menstrual cycle is a series of natural changes in the uterus and ovaries that allow hormone production and develop the structure of the female reproductive system. The ovarian cycle controls the production and release of egg cells and the regular release of estrogen and progesterone. The uterine cycle regulates the preparation and maintenance of the inner layer of the uterus (uterus) to receive fertilized eggs. These cycles are coordinated simultaneously and usually last 21-35 days for an adult female with an average length of 28 days and lasting about 30-45 years. Both two menopause and menstrual cycle are the signs of healthy body.

Track 9: Abortions and Miscarriages

Abortion is a time period that refers back to the termination of a being pregnant. This can arise with scientific intervention including medicinal drugs or surgical treatments or it could arise on its own.

A miscarriage is referred to as a spontaneous abortion, and refers to a being pregnant loss earlier than the 20th week of gestation or the expulsion of an embryo or fetus weighing 500 g or less. Miscarriage at this degree takes place in approximately 31% of pregnancies. Some women may don't have any signs of miscarriage and it's far observed on an ordinary ultrasound in early phase.

Symptoms of miscarriage: Vaginal bleeding , Abdominal cramping ,Sudden loss or decreasing of being pregnant signs including reduced breast tenderness or nausea and vomiting, Mild to extreme back pain ,Weight loss, Painful contractions that arise each 5-20 minutes.

Track 10: Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility

Endocrinology of reproduction and infertility are subfields of obstetrics and gynecology that teach reproductive medicine clinicians how to assess hormonal activity associated with reproduction and infertility. Most reproductive endocrine scholars focus on the treatment of infertility, but they are also required to treat hormonal dysfunctions in women and men who are infertile. The reproductive endocrinology and infertility provides care to male and female who wants pregnancy, patients with cancer who wants to do family planning in addition to women seeking treatment for Endocrine disorders which affect the reproductive system.

Women's cardiovascular disease is an essential area of research in women's health. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death in women in the United States and accounts for about one-third of women's deaths. This comprehensive review focuses on new and unique aspects of women's cardiovascular health and gender differences related to clinical practice in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a term for a variety of disorders that affect the heart and blood vessels, including but not limited to Coronary artery disease (CAD), stroke, myocardium, and aortic aneurysm.

Track 12: Immunology in Women

During pregnancy, the mother's immune system is constantly moving. It is now generally accepted that there are fine-tuned interactions between maternal and fetal cells to support a healthy pregnancy. Hypertensive pregnancy disorders, including pre-eclampsia and eclampsia, are the leading contributors to maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide, but can be reduced by regular monitoring and management of blood pressure during pregnancy. Blood pressure assessment is an important part of antenatal care, the ability to measure regularly and easily using working device, identify numbers elevated, and provide referrals as needed to reduce these morbities is an important barrier.

Track 13: Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian Cancer that begins in the female organs which produce eggs. Surgery and chemotherapy are commonly used to treat ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is often not detected until it has spread to the pelvis or stomach. At this late stage, treating ovarian cancer is more difficult and can be fatal. This cancer is often asymptomatic in the early stages. The next stage is symptom-related, but can be non-specific such as loss of appetite and weight loss.
