Track 4:  Breast Cancer

Breast cancer is cancer that forms in the cells of the breasts. After skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women in the United States. Breast cancer can occur in both men and women, but it's far more common in women .Symptoms of breast cancer may include a clot in the breast, a change in breast shape & size, concavity of the skin, fluid coming out from the nipple, a newly flip nipple, or a red spot on skin. Breast cancer most often begins with cells in the milk-producing ducts (invasive ductal carcinoma). Breast cancer may also begin in the glandular tissue called lobules (invasive lobular carcinoma) or in other cells or tissue within the breast.

Track 5: Pregnancy

Pregnancy, also known as gestation, is the time during which one or more offspring develops inside a woman. A multiple pregnancy involves more than one offspring, such as with twins. Pregnancy can occur by sexual intercourse or assisted reproductive technology. Childbirth typically occurs around 40 weeks from the start of the last menstrual period (LMP). This is just over nine months, where each month averages 31 days. When measured from fertilization it is about 38 weeks. An embryo is the developing offspring during the first eight weeks following fertilization, after which, the term  fetus is used until birth. Symptoms of early pregnancy may include missed periods, tender breasts, nausea and vomiting, hunger, and frequent urination. Pregnancy may be confirmed with a pregnancy test. Pregnancy is a stage of women’s life in which she one or more off springs inside her womb. Pregnancy is the result of sexual intercourse. Pregnancy last up to nine months. During this time period menstrual cycle stop working till 9 months.

Some symptoms of pregnancy are as follow:

Track 6: Stages of breast cancer

Breast cancer consists of 4 stages followed by sub stages. Stages defines that how much cancer have had spread in your body. The initial stage is known as stage 0. Just after this it ranges from stage (I)   to   stage (IV).

STAGE (I):  this is the early stage of cancer in which cancer is small and only in the breast tissue.

Stage 1A: If cancer is spreads   into 2cm or less than that.

Stage 1B: when small areas of breast cancer cells are found in the lymph.

There is TNM stages which stand for tumour, node, and metastasis

STAGE 2: In this stage either the cancer is I breast or in the lymph nodes.

Stage2A: There is a tumour 2cm or smaller than it, or cells are found in the 1 or 3 lymph.

Stage2B: when the tumour ranges from (2cm to less than 5cm)

STAGE 3: Cancer is found in lymph nodes close to the breast.

Stage 3A No tumour is found in the breast .it is found in 4 to 9 lymph.

Stage 3B: The cancer may have spread up to 9 lymph’s nodes.

Stage 3C: In this stage cancer can spread any size.it can spread upto 10 lymph’s nodes.

STAGE 4: In this stage the cancer is spread  to other parts of the body.

Track 7: Women mental health

Women mental health consists of disorders such as depression and anxiety.  Women do have some common disorders like they may feel mental disorder at the time of hormone change, premenstrual disorder. Some of the symptoms are listed below-:

No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization.

 

Transportation

Please note that transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant, Allied Academies will not be liable for any actions howsoever related to transportation and parking.

 

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party nonprofit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

 

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact womenhealthcongress@alliedmeeting.org to request a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of the event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to finance@alliedacademies.com

If due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within the period of one year from the date of rescheduling.

Postponement of event 

If due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within the period of one year from the date of rescheduling.

Transfer of registration

All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@alliedacademies.com. Details must include the full name of replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of the conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa.

 Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:

·   Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.

·         Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund

·         Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund

·         E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness of the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.
